A 20 minutes mindfulness meditation, that will help you, to watch and observe the games of your mind. By observing you are already free: You realise that you are not your thoughts and emotions, because you are watching them. Withdraw more and more to this part of you, that was always there and watching. This meditation includes a focus on your breath in the whole body and invites you to discover the space of your third eye...
